Office Hours
In order to stay flexible to your scheduling needs, Star works by appointment only on Mondays. Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays. Sunday appointments may be available upon request. Current clients and new referrals can request a link to the square online schedule at thenewbodymindspirit@gmail.com or by texting 434-294-5451.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hrs notice to avoid charges for cancelled services. Gift Certificates will become void without proper notice of cancellation.

When to arrive
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and allow for 30 extra minutes in your schedule to allow for necessary paperwork, health and wellness updates, and for integration after the session.  Please turn off cell phones upon entering the studio and be mindful of other massage appointments that may be in session. Late arrivals will be responsible for full cost of scheduled time.

Personal items
Personal, valuable items should be brought with you to your treatment room or be left in your car. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Payment
Payment is due at time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express through a Square reader, as well as personal checks, cash, and Body *Mind *Spirit Gift Certificates. Gratuities are not necessary but are appreciated when received.
