In this 4-day workshop series, participants will be led in creating a medicine bundle, or mesa, for self-discovery and self-healing. The mesa has been a part of shamanic practice in South America for hundreds of years (click here for an article about the symbolism and uses of the mesa). Participants will explore their personal stories and challenges and will develop a deeper understanding of the mythical and symbolic meaning of their lives. They will learn how to work with stones, fire, and sacred space to help transform challenges and difficulties. Participants are encouraged to attend all 4 workshops, but they can also be attended singly.
