Office Hours
Our practitioners work by appointment only to meet your varying schedule needs. Please call to schedule an appointment or inquire about a class. Last minute appointments are often available.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hrs notice to avoid charges for cancelled services. Gift Certificates will become void without proper notice of cancellation.

When to arrive
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appoint-ment (or class) in order to give yourself time to fill out any necessary paperwork and unwind. Please turn off cell phones upon entering the studio and be mindful of classes and workshops that may be in session. Late arrivals will be responsible for full cost of scheduled time.

Personal items
Please leave shoes, umbrellas, and jackets in the front entryway. Personal, valuable items should be brought with you to your treatment room or be left in your car. We can not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Payment
Payment is due at time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, cash, and Body *Mind *Spirit Gift Certificates. Gratuities are not necessary at our center but are appreciated when received.
